What is ProBotDev?

ProBotDev is an opinionated chatbot builder. Other builders give you a blank canvas to design your chatbot, but in ProBotDev, you just need to “fill in the blanks”.

What do you mean by opinionated?

It means we have designed the chatbot for you following best practices in your industry.

It sounds limiting, but it’s actually a productivity boost. Most people use off-the-shelf accounting software instead of building one from scratch “to match our need”. Accounting software is just a means to an end, the same thing with chatbots.

But I need custom chatbot!

We support integration with Dialogflow, the low-level chatbot engine from Google. That allows even more customization.

We are also an app development agency in Malaysia, and we have worked with both local and international clients.

What industry does your chatbot serve?

At the moment we have chatbot for events. Please drop us an email if you think your industry can benefit from chatbots.

What messaging platforms do you support?

We support Facebook Messenger and LINE. WhatsApp is in the pipeline, but we can’t promise date.

Is this free? Do you offer a trial?

Creating a chatbot is free. You can pay a subscription fee for more features.

With a subscription, you can remove the “ProBotDev” branding in the chat menu.

How much is the subscription fee?

What payment forms do you accept?

We use PayPal to process payments. PayPal accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

ProBotDev Sdn Bhd is the name of our company.
